Dream Predictions and The Unconscious Guidance in Dreams

You can understand your spiritual reality the same way you understand your material reality. You only have to learn how to translate the meaning of dreams according to the scientific method discovered by Carl Jung, and simplified by me.

The unconscious mind that produces your dreams gives you many explanations about the reasons why everything happens in your daily life. You can also predict the future, and change the future development of your reality.

The mindset of the materialistic and atheistic modern civilization is very far from the comprehension of the spiritual dimension of our reality. The unconscious mind shows you in your dreams how you can avoid repeating the common mistakes of the human race.

You'll learn how to identify the laws that belong to your spiritual reality and respect them, the same way you respect physical laws already recognized by our scientists.

This new vision of your reality will give you the chance to read people's minds and understand the reasons why various facts happen in your daily life. Since you'll understand what makes these facts happen, this means that you will also understand how to change the route of your life.

You have to learn how you can change your life. You must pay attention to the objective conditions of your reality. By having a superior vision, you'll understand all the possibilities and impossibilities of the way.

You will observe that everything is prepared to happen before actually happening. Nothing happens without being prepared to happen in a certain way because the facts of our daily lives have a purpose.

Our reality is organized based on the fight between good and evil. Our reality also depends on our psychological type and on the necessities of development of our psyche. Numerous factors predetermine how our future will be unfolded.

We live in order to eliminate our wild nature and learn how to be wise. Nothing happens by chance in our world.

We can predict the future the same way we predict the weather. However, dream predictions are not doubtable like the weather predictions based on human calculations. The predictions we have in dreams are based on God's calculations, since the unconscious mind that produces our dreams is God's mind. Therefore, these predictions are not suppositions. They will happen for sure.

When will you see something you had predicted in a dream actually happening?

Sometimes immediately, sometimes only after a long preparation. However, you will surely verify that everything you had predicted in a dream will really happen in your daily reality. The divine predictions are based on wisdom.

Now that we have undoubtable proof of God's existence we must understand that we have a spirit. All the religious lessons we had when we were children were true. Even thought the absurd modern civilization is materialistic and atheistic, the truth is that God exists and we had better pay attention to this fact instead of trying to ignore the truth.

This fact is not being accepted with joy by the world because nobody likes to be obedient.

Nobody wants to recognize God's existence. Nobody wants to obey God's guidance and learn how to be wise. Everybody wants to be free and do whatever they may desire.

However, there is no freedom on Earth, a planet especially created with the intention to transform our satanic anti-conscience into human content. Our anti-conscience is our wild conscience, which didn't evolve like our human conscience and generates mental illnesses within our conscience. We inherit this primitive conscience because we can think.

We also receive a tiny human conscience from God, so that we may transform our anti-conscience into human content.

We have to obey God's guidance because we don't know how to fight absurdity, and our anti-conscience destroys our conscience through craziness. If we don't obey God's guidance, we become slaves of our wild nature.

We must show gratitude because we can be guided by God in our dreams. This way we can understand how to successfully solve our problems without being based on our suppositions.

As an intelligent individual who follows the progress of the human knowledge, you have to conclude that the obedience to the guidance of the unconscious mind is a wise decision. The unconscious mind is the best doctor, teacher, and friend you could find.

Ignore Your Prophetic Dream At Your Own Risk

Premonitions, prophecies and precognition all refer to an experience, (dreams, waking thoughts, visions, etc.), which anticipate a future event that can't reasonably be gathered from information available by usual means prior to the event. These prophecies (or premonitions or precognitions) come to us most often through our dreams and are no more paranormal than are dreams themselves.

Since ancient times the belief that dreams are either warnings or prophecies has been very common. The Talmud, the Hebrew sacred book of practical wisdom, reveals that the Jews gave great importance both to the dream and the interpreter of dreams. There are at least fifteen references to dreams and prophecies in the King James Bible, and this idea has also been supported by non-religious texts, by oral traditions and in books such as the Artemidorus Oneirocritica written around 140 AD.

There are a number of recorded instances wherein prominent individuals have had prophetic dreams that have impacted history in one way or another. In some cases, like with Abraham Lincoln, the dream was ignored with dire consequences, while others were more cautious and heeded the nocturnal message.

About two weeks before John Wilkes Booth fired the fatal bullet that struck Abraham Lincoln in Ford's Theatre, Lincoln dreamt the details of his own funeral. In his dream, he entered the East Room of the White House where he saw a coffin lying on a platform. Soldiers, acting as guards, were stationed around it where a crowd of mourners were gathered. When Lincoln demanded to know who is dead in the White House, the soldier replied, the President. He was killed by an assassin. After Lincoln's assassination, his casket was placed on a platform in the East Room of the White House where it was guarded by soldiers.

One of the most dramatic examples of prophetic dreams, and dreams that would have had the power to change the world if only they had been taken seriously and acted upon, was a dream recorded on the morning of June 28, 1914, by Bishop Joseph Lanyi of Grosswardein, in Hungary. The bishop dreamt the entire scene and details of the assassination of Franz Ferdinand and his wife. This dream is of considerable historical significance because the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand set off World War I.

In 1959, Rita Dwyer was working for an aerospace company as a research chemist when an experimental rocket fuel exploded in her lab. She was instantly engulfed in flames and would have died if it weren't for the fact that a co-worker had had recurring dreams of the event and knew exactly what to do to save her life.

When the fuel exploded in Rita's laboratory in waking life, step by step, her co-worker re-enacted his dream. Heroically, he ran into the blazing laboratory, grabbed Rita by the only part of her body not on fire -her foot- and dragged her to safety. She's alive today only because her co-worker and friend remembered and took his dream seriously -and then acted on the information it contained. Had he dismissed the dreams, like so many do, his friend would not have survived.

Robert Van de Castle reported this heart breaking account in his book, Our Dreaming Mind: In October, 1966, in the Welsh mining village of Aberfan, a massive coal-tip slid down a mountainside killing 144 people, mostly school children. A young girl, Eryl Mai Jones, told her mother about a dream she'd had where she does to school but there's no school there. "Something black has come down all over it." "I'm not afraid to die," She told her mother, "I'll be with Peter and June." When the huge slag deposit slid down on the school two days later, Eryl Mai, Peter, and June were among the 118 children crushed or buried alive.

In 1999 a then, sixteen year old girl, woke up from a dream one morning terrified. In her dream she had hit and killed a young boy while driving her car on a back road. The dream so disturbed her that she related it to her mother, who, as do most people, dismissed it as just a dream. A few days later, the girl was driving down a quiet rural road when she had a nagging feeling that she should put her seatbelt on and slow down. She ignored her intuition. However, only moments later a voice told her to put on her seat belt and watch her speed. The voice was so loud and so strong that she buckled her seatbelt and kept an eye on the speedometer.

Before she knew what had happened, she saw a tuft of brown hair in front of her car. Horrified, she watched and heard a seven year old boy roll across the hood of her car, fly over the roof and land on the asphalt behind her. She stayed with the child as he died. After thirteen years, the young lady, who now has a son of her own is suffering from PTSD and is terrified to let her child out of her site.

Had she taken the dream seriously, or heeded its warning, she may have made different choices. Perhaps she wouldn't have driven down that particular road. Maybe she would have been more diligent and alert while driving. Or perhaps she might have asked someone else to do the driving for a while.

One dreamer had a recurring dream every night for a week. In the dream her mother, who was deceased, paid a visit and told her that she would not see her brother and sister-in-law again and that they would not be "here long." The dream was very disquieting and she wanted to warn her brother but her husband told her not to be so 'silly.' Two days after the last dream she picked up the local newspaper and on the front page were her brother and sister-in-law. They had been killed flying to Spain. The dreamer had had no idea they had even gone on holiday.

Although prophetic dreams can address anything from what you're going to wear to work next Wednesday to a devastating earthquake, they're generally classified into specific types or categories:

Apparitions: These are dreams wherein the dead appear in order to deliver an important message.

Clairaudient Dreams: These types of dreams involve hearing voices or sounds that are extremely distinct and clear. The voice seems to come from nowhere. You usually don't know the source of the voice or sounds. It's imperative that you pay attention to the message in this kind of dream.

Clairvoyant Dreams: These are dreams where you're dreaming of something that's happening in waking life at the same time as the dream.

Empathic Dreams: In these types of dreams you're generally moved by an event in the dream but aren't sure why. You experience clear and sympathetic feelings and sensations. You "feel" something is going to happen.

Telepathic Dreams: You're able to connect to someone else's thoughts through a dream. These dreams usually occur between close individuals.

Warning Dreams: As the description suggests, these dreams forewarn of impending danger, disaster or death. These types of dreams often give you the opportunity to alter the outcome.

In ancient Egypt several papyri have been discovered which relate to prophetic dream interpretation. They specifically note the appearance of 'opposites' in dreams. Thus, the suggestion is that to dream of a birth could refer to an imminent death. To dream of winning the lottery could signify a financial loss, etc.

In an ancient Indian book of wisdom, the Artharva Veda, dating from about 3000 years ago, it's stated that the time of night that the prophetic dream occurs gives a clue as to when the dream event will transpire. A dream occurring early in the night, for example, will be realized later than one occurring near dawn.

Psi researchers have discovered that prophetic dream information often comes to us in the form of some kind of publication such as a TV or radio announcement, broadcast or news flash, in a newspaper, email, or nowadays, a text message, etc.

There will always be exceptions to the rules, but generally, I've found that most people report prophetic or precognitive dreams as being very sharp and clear. In fact, it's often reported that the dreamer seems to be in the dream rather than just watching it. Colours are usually reported as being enhanced, crisp or bright. Sounds tend to be exceptionally clear and loud and the overall dream is often reported as being hard to distinguish from waking reality.

The best way to identify that you're having prophetic dreams at all, and the most effective method for recognizing the elements of a precognitive dream is, as I've said many times before, to keep a dream journal. As you start recording and re-reading your prophetic dreams you'll notice which elements are or aren't present in them. By doing this, you'll also encourage more prophetic dreams.

It's sad that in modern Western societies, we have fallen into the habit of speaking of dreams as "only" dreams, as something less than real. The materialists of the Victorian era dismissed dreams as uncivilized yearnings and repressed desires never to be discussed in polite society. The reductionist scientists of our era try to convince us that dreams are merely the product of random neuronal firings or the brain's way of cleaning out unneeded and unnecessary information picked up throughout the day. When I read research reports along these lines, I wonder how much time the authors have spent with their own dream journals.

More often than not, it takes something shocking or unbelievable to shake us out of our comfort zone and our entrenched belief systems. Many, many people refuse to accept that dreams are even "real," let alone able to change our lives. Thousands of years of data have proved that they are. However, no amount of evidence, or anecdotes, or reports will ever change a hard-nosed skeptic's mind. It takes a experience to alter concepts and beliefs, and this goes for dreams as well.

I believe that the majority of us have the ability to become practicing prophetic dreamers. We're all capable of receiving life changing information and assistance from our dreams for ourselves as well as for other. However, we must be willing to set aside self-limiting beliefs and practice.

3 Life Changing Lessons From My Summer Vacation

This week my family had our first real family vacation. My wife and I have been married for 10 years but this was the first time that we had not been too broke, too pregnant or too busy to actually get out and do something. During the past decade we spent 5 years as students, 5 years starting a business with four babies coming into our family during that time. So here are 3 lessons that will last me a lifetime from my summer vacation.

1. Turn around once in a while and see where you've been. The reason we chose California is because I grew up in the Bay Area until I was about 11. I haven't been back there for about 20 years. For me it was an amazing and emotional experience to return to the first church I ever attended, my old elementary schools, the place where I got my bike stolen and to visit the neighbors across the street. (as a side note this neighbor is the one whole stole my bike to teach me a lesson). Reconnecting with my past was invigorating and gave me a lot of insight into who I am and who I have become. Good, bad or ugly... I think it's good to sometimes revisit the ground we have already traveled and remember how we have gotten to where we are.

2. Stop focusing on all the things that could go wrong. My wife was very reluctant to do a road trip. I grew up in a family that would drive cross country every few years. She didn't really have that experience. It took some explaining and convincing before she decided that she could go along with it. This was a tremendous leap of faith. She had all of these ideas about how our kids would hate it in the car or wouldn't sleep in a strange place and on and on. But none of those things happened. The kids were as close to perfect as you could want on a road trip. I have to admit some mild disappointment that I never got to yell "Don't make me pull this car over!". Not even once!

Then there was the amusement park we visited. When I was about my kids' age my sisters were forced to bring me along with them to this same park. They hated that no matter what they tried, I would not get on any of the rides. One of them would have to sit with me while the other rode a roller coaster. I was convinced something terrible would happen if I got on the ride; the ride would break or I would go flying out or any of a hundred different, horrible things. This time though, I rode with my kids on everything. I did this despite all of the terrors that were bound to happen. Guess what? None of them did! A mere 25 years later I was enjoying rides that would have paralyzed me with fear and produced a large puddle of urine. My wife and I learned that when we focus on only what can go wrong we miss all of the wonderful things that will go right and are frankly a heck of a lot more likely. Fear, doubt and focusing on what could (but probably won't) happen keep us from happiness.

3. There is joy in the journey. We drove to along the Oregon/California coast on the way down there. Many stretches on this road had just a single lane and the speed limits were low. There are lots of little towns to drive through... slowly. It is definitely not the most efficient way to get from here to there. I learned that the most efficient is not automatically the best. I can't imagine a more beautiful route to take. Winding up and down beautiful mountains as you look west into an endless ocean was breathtaking. We had experiences that you can't have when you are driving your car as fast as it will go. Sometimes it's OK to slow down and enjoy the scenery, especially when you are with people you love.

So there it is... What I did for my summer vacation. I think that remembering where and who I come from, focusing on what can go right and enjoying life's scenery will change me and the way I practice. It reminds me of a quote I have on a plaque in the clinic which says: "In all of living have much of fun and laughter. Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured." (Gordon B. Hinckley, 1996)

God's Words in Dreams, How to Be a Hero and Find Peace

Even though you are an absurd human being who lives constantly influenced or controlled by your anti-conscience (your wild, primitive conscience) you must have a wise attitude if you want to find peace.

Even though you are totally indifferent to what may happen to people you don't even know, the truth is that you have the moral obligation to help these people. If you want to find peace, you must eliminate terror on Earth and help all human beings have the chance to live happily.

You are responsible for the entire world; not only for yourself and your family.

However, you are insignificant. You don't have the power to eliminate terror on Earth. You need help.

This is why the divine unconscious mind produces your dreams. All dreams contain precious messages that help you evolve, and save the world with your brilliant example.

You'll learn how to put an end to terror on Earth with your extraordinary personality and your memorable work.

The unconscious mind is God's mind. God demands a lot from you. God is your savior, but He demands perfection from you, even though you are so imperfect and so indifferent to your imperfections.

Since God exists and speaks in dreams, you must learn a few of His words. I have translated numerous dreams for many people, besides my own. I could also continue Carl Jung's research, what means that I can tell you the results of my observations, even if you have never translated one of your dreams according to the scientific method.

Here are a few of God's words in dreams. These are common messages sent to many dreamers:

"Please, help me save humanity from poverty. Please, help me put an end to violence. Please, help me put an end to all horrors. I need your cooperation. I cannot eliminate terror alone.

Please, help me rest instead of having to save human beings from craziness and terror. I'm tired. I cannot bear this hell.

Nobody pays attention to my lessons. Nobody cares about my existence. Nobody respects my laws.

My laws are the laws of goodness and justice. My laws are your moral principals.

You are a big sinner too. I'm afraid you'll never help me because you are too selfish. Nobody helps me the way I need. I feel alone."

This was only an example of what God may tell you in a dream, after saving you from craziness and terror, and giving you sound mental health and wisdom. You'll learn many truths you ignore, and surely feel sorry for your savior.

The divine unconscious mind suffers very much because of the existence of terror on Earth. You have the moral obligation to care about this matter and do something to change this situation.

Now that I already gave you many lessons about the content of the human brain and psyche and how you can find sound mental health through dream translation, I'm showing you other aspects of your reality.

The responsibility you have because you are a human being is more important than what you may possibly imagine. God wants to see you becoming a hero.

You can be a hero and save the world if you'll obey the unconscious wisdom; you'll learn how to be wise yourself. You can be the hero humanity needs because you have this capacity. You are not using the biggest part of your brain because it belongs to your anti-conscience. When you'll transform your anti-conscience into human content you'll use all of the brain power that goes wasted now.

Even if you are ignorant, silly, shy, insecure, and you have numerous psychological problems, the divine unconscious mind can transform you into a strong and self-confident hero who will forever be admired by humanity, with deep gratitude and respect. You only have to be obedient.

God knows what is good or bad. He will give you many lessons in dreams. You must pay attention to His lessons and follow His guidance.

God is your doctor and spiritual guide. You must cooperate with your doctor, so that you may transform your anti-conscience into human content the fastest possible.

The fact that you have to become a wise human being will surely be better for you when you'll attain this goal. However, this will also be better for the world. God needs your example and your work. You have to be a hero and help Him put an end to terror and violence on Earth. God cannot put an end to terror alone, the same way that you cannot find peace alone. You need His help, and He needs your work.

Using Fitness Consultants Can Help Save Your Life

Being unhealthy will not allow you to reach your full potential naturally or spiritually. Did you know that a Fitness Consultant can guide you every step of the way to a new and improved you? A professional fitness consultant can provide you with every fitness and nutrition key that you need to guarantee your success in less time then you could have ever imagined. A single session with a Fitness Consultant can really enhance your knowledge about health and wellness. Health is something that you can't buy at a store you have to work at it but you will gain confidence and feel better than ever.

In an effort to enhance employee work performance most large companies are making it a top priority to invest in health and wellness programs. Think about it how an employee can be productive at work if they are eating unhealthy foods, and constantly absent from work because they are sick. Most people look at being healthy and physically fitness as a glass half full but that's merely the case it's a life style change not a ninety day quick fix.

In addition to health and wellness fitness is an art that has many challenges that must be balanced, and guided through instruction and discipline. Healing Your Life From the Inside Out, Breaking the Bubble of Illusion

Often when we think about healing ourselves, we first think about our emotional or mental self - then our physical body. We rush to a psychiatrist, or doctor - hoping for relief, a cure, or a fix for all of our problems... for a magical pill that will take it all a way. It is this "dis-ease" within ourselves that causes the turmoil in our outer world.

Physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually - if we are not okay with ourselves on the inside, we will manifest this into our external reality and we will probably not like the results.

The majority of us have created a bubble around us, protecting us from hurt and pain that we have experienced or from things we don't want to face. We pretend that we are happy with our life, our job, our spouse and the circumstances that surround us - when in fact, deep down we are wishing for something different.

When we are confronted about who we are, how we are, or about the problems that are clearly evident in our world - we just don't want to hear it. We get angry, we cry, we plug our ears and we say LALALALALALALA... "I can't hear you". We protect the bubble as if it is who we are, as if our safety, sanity and sanctity depends on it. There is no way we can allow anyone to burst our bubble and if for some reason they do, we feel exposed and vulnerable.

The truth is that those feelings are always there, we've just become so good at living in our bubble that they aren't noticed by us most of the time. When these feelings do "pop up" and become a problem, we sometimes attempt to cover them with alcohol or drugs - or any addiction that helps us avoid them.

The biggest problem with this type of behaviour (besides risk to our health) is that we are denying the very essence of who we are - we are suffocating ourselves with our painful experiences, instead of facing them. We refuse to let go of all the hate, anger and sadness that sits inside of us, and this is what is killing us! We need to let go of all the negativity and begin to forgive those who have hurt us - and more importantly we need to forgive ourselves.

I guess the reason I can write about this with such knowledge is because I have been living in a bubble for many years now. I have been denying who I really am at the core of my being because I wanted to protect her. It is in this protecting of myself that I have completely lost touch with that part of me, I have lost touch with the people around me and subsequently I have allowed someone else to live my life for me. I have been denying what I really want, and need because I haven't been present to get what the deepest part of my being really needs. And that is Love.

We have to learn love ourselves, completely and honestly - despite everything that we have experienced. We are worthy of love! Why am I so sure you ask? Because we are made from this Love. Some Great Force that sits in the very centre of all of us, created everything that we could ever need from an Unconditional, Unbiased Love. This Love is Ours, but we will never experience it while we are denying the very truth of who we are, while we are trapped in the very bubble that we have created in order to keep us safe.

We can not heal until we know who we truly are; and that is the person that is past all of the pain, experiences, labels and ideas of who we are that are limiting to our being. It's time to burst the Bubble of Illusion and heal our lives!

The most important thing to remember, in all of this, is that the world is your mirror - you must begin to heal your true self before you will see a change in the external world around you; this includes any physical, mental or emotional problems you are experiencing.

To begin healing, you will need to know where to start. Healing the Self is more than a way of healing, it is an incredible journey of self-exploration and discovery! Happiness, Play And Be Happy

Happiness has been described as an illusion, a warm bath, a bowl of cherries, and many other things by many people throughout time. It is not an abstract concept but there are many descriptions which make the feeling of happiness an individual experience. Since the concepts of happiness are reliant upon the mindsets and emotional states of each person who experiences them, there is a "fuzzy logic" kind of feel to it. Often people attempt to describe their state of mind and body as being directly related to an experience. People say that they are happy for many reasons, and for the most part will attribute those reasons as mirrored expressions of their physical and the emotional state which they experience as a result.

In an attempt to nail down the truth about what "being truly happy" means, it is essential to examine the basic needs that have to be met for people to feel that they have reached this euphoric state of mind. The basic needs of all human beings are water, food, shelter, companionship, and health. If any of these are missing it becomes difficult to maintain a happy disposition. Considering that most of these conditions are met, generally people in the modern world can achieve "happiness" on a regular basis. In considering the state of childhood and infancy, babies and small children according to several studies, smile 62 percent more than their adult counterparts. The rationale as to this deficiency in adult levels of happiness can only mean that at some point people become less happy as they get older. If all of the basic needs are still being met from child to adulthood, one must assume either "something has been taken away" or "something else has been added". In either case in order to change these levels of happiness, something must have "changed" to subsequently reduce smiling capacity by 62 percent. If something got changed, then in theory it can be changed back again!

In people's adult lives, things do change as they get older. Increases in responsibilities and requirements to earn an income, greatly detracts from the leisure of "playtime" that most people experienced as children. The action of aging itself has become a condition that for many reasons adds to a persons unhappiness. The evolution from child to adult and then to parent is a journey of increasing responsibilities and diminishing play time, compounded with a sense of becoming older and less likely to participate in play of any sort. People are living longer but attitudes towards well-being as the population ages are not promoted equally.

There are preconceptions regarding "older people who play", but does it have to be this way? Could this increase in responsibilities and accompanying stresses be the reason for the decrease in levels of laughter and happiness? Most likely this is a key reason why most people become "less happy" as they age. They have forgotten how to play. It would seem that the stresses and lack of playtime greatly detracts from a person's ability "to deal with the stresses" they are accumulating as they grow up. As children we could "laugh and forget" about the injustices and mishaps encountered on a daily basis. As adults we don't shed the "feelings of unhappiness" quite so easily.

The solution isn't necessarily to merely take on fewer responsibilities; rather it makes more sense to increase our playtime and "happy state of mind". As small children, the imagination makes up a huge part of our psychological "well-being". The ability to dream up ideas and creatively play with the idea of things used to make our existence more meaningful. As adults we are told often "to grow up and stop behaving like children", perhaps the opposite is what we should be telling each other. While it's true we must take on many more responsibilities, we can still keep some of the key attributes we had as children. Of these, the values of friendship and "fair play", and how to make others laugh are important functions in the transition from our young lives to our maturity. If somehow people could merge the games and imagination used in their youth with the daily requirements of adulthood, perhaps their lives would be happier.

Since there are times when play is not recommended, by finding things "we like to do", people can establish hobbies and pastimes that enrich their lives at the end of the work day. Simple things like drawing and pottery or a martial arts class can mean the difference between being able to shed the stresses of the day and "carrying them over" to the next day. Parents can join in more of the games that their children are playing, even if it does take them a while to catch on to the rules! The bonds that this will help to form and the resulting energies exchanged by getting down on their level, will go a long way to promoting a much better perspective on life.

As time passes and the memories of childhood fade, so too does our memory of what it felt like to "laugh out loud" in the very realest sense of the now much over used text abbreviation. Instead of allowing our lives to become chaotic pits of desperate and relentless stresses, we must continue to play our games and laugh with our friends. Barring the loss of the essential basic needs of survival, we must strive to use our imaginations and come up with new ways to truly "enjoy our lives". By pursuing happiness we are extending our journey here, not only for ourselves, but for all who are within earshot of our infectious laughter. Remember the old Chinese proverb, "where there is laughter, happiness likes to be!"

7 Activities to Help Reduce Your Stress

So many of us are on an epic journey to seek a variety of tools for quick stress reduction. Finding and sustaining some level of inner peace and harmony on a daily basis seems to be more challenging everyday. Many of these stressors we create; others are imposed upon us. We work too many hours, even on the weekend. We're constantly checking our emails, text messages, social media accounts and voice-mails. We stress out about our finances. We stress out about our work loads. We stress out about the future, forgetting to stay in the moment. Keep in mind, the media is not in the business of making you feel good. Likewise, friends, family, co-workers or business partners who feed on drama and the misfortune of others contribute additional stress and disharmony to your life; it can be very difficult to get away from it.

The good news is there things we can do to minimize the impact of daily stresses on our minds, bodies and spirits and when done continuously, really does work. This stuff is probably already things that you know about, however, if you don't employ them, what good are they going to do for you? Remember that wherever you go, there you are and so is your stress. It's very difficult to enjoy the moment of wherever you are if you're so highly agitated that you're unable to do so. You have to be able to get your head above water to take a breath. When you're bunched emotionally, making clear-headed decisions become challenging to impossible. What follows are 7 simple activities in which each are powerful in their own right.

1. Gentle Deep Breathing. When we are emotionally triggered in unpleasant ways, which is more often than not, we tend to hold our breath, effectively locking the breath and the emotion, up in our body. This causes toxicity and is the root cause of most dis-ease and illness. Your very life depends on your willingness to breathe with awareness and use all of your lung capacity. Conscious breathing refocuses your attention from the outer world to your inner world, reducing tension and stress. Several effective calming breathing techniques include alternate nostril breathing, left nostril breathing, the 4-7-8 count breath and deep breathing in the yogic corpse position. Do your due diligence and research before attempting.

2. Ground. Grounding is as essential as breathing. This activity keeps you energetically rooted to the earth, which is important when you feel overwhelmed and for many of us, this is an everyday occurrence. Grounding can help you feel "solid", strong and resolved. When you forget to ground, you may feel as you're being tossed around like some tiny rowboat at sea during a typhoon. Get bruised enough and you'll start to remember to anchor yourself. There are a number of ways to ground, but here's a quick one for you to do: (Do not do this while driving) Get somewhere quiet and close your eyes. Breathe deeply several times in through your nose and out through your mouth. Imagine a huge column of white light coming in through the top of your head and down through your body, out the bottom of your feet and into the earth. Do this for several breaths. Next, imagine a great tree: your legs are the trunk and they go deep into the earth. Do this for several more breaths. Continue the imagery and breathing until you feel calmer and more relaxed.

3. Shake or dance. You can either do this in public or in private just as long as you move. Energy is active, kinetic and requires movement. When we are feeling heavy and stagnant it is because our bodies are telling us it has too many energy blocks and it needs to move. Move freely and unrestricted, allowing your body to express full-range of motion. Make sure you breathe while you're doing this. Have fun! This activity disperses stagnant energy, wakes up the body and dissolves tension.

4. Listen to soothing music, chimes, singing bowls or running water. Some people relax through sound and vibration. When our fight or flight centers get activated through stress, which unfortunately for most of us is chronic, we have a hard time coming down and getting rid of the excess energy. These sounds can help to reduce the agitation of the sympathetic nervous system, which when activated by stress, releases adrenaline and lactic acid into the body; this is no bueno, especially when done over a long period of time. Listen to one or more of these sounds and breathe deeply at the same time. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Just listening to these sounds can have a profound effect on your emotions and your central nervous system. My favorite relaxing sound: listening to the sound of a rain storm.

5. Scream. Sounds simple enough right? Screaming can be a powerful eliminator of tension. However, DO NOT DO THESE WHILE DRIVING. You might actually pass out from the temporary increase in your blood pressure, especially if it's already high from stress. Screaming out your frustrations gives you an opportunity to again, kinetically move that stuck energy and give your voice when you can't say what you want. Another technique that works very well is called "HA" breathing. If screaming doesn't appeal to you, forcefully breathe out while saying "HA!" Breathe in through your nose and HA through your mouth.

6. Cry. This is one of the most underused forms of releasing stress. Crying is mistakenly seen as a form of weakness. Crying has a very powerful effect on the body as it releases extra stress hormones from the body and helps the body dump toxins associated with holding on to anger and frustration. When you have one of those days when it all just becomes too much, instead of engaging in a numbing activity that involves eating junk, drinking alcohol or taking some kind of drug, which just shoves it down further until it comes back in the form of an illness or disease, just find a quiet place where you can be alone and just have a good cry. You'll feel a whole lot better when you're done.

7. Herbal teas. There are several herbal teas out there that are well-known for having a sedative effect on the CNS and lowering stress, which can affect the quality of our sleep, a key component for reducing stress: getting enough sleep. Chamomile and Lavender tea, which can both be steeped directly from the flowers and seeds, are excellent at soothing the nervous system. Ginseng tea is another great herb which clears away that bunched feeling that comes from mental exhaustion and insomnia. You can also try Valerian, which is another great tea for helping you get to sleep and we all know that a lack of proper sleep just adds to our stress levels.

These are just a few suggestions that can be applied just about anywhere and at anytime. Most of them are free; herbal tea does not cost very much, little goes a long way and it can be carried with you anywhere where you can get hot water.

Long-term chronic stress has, unfortunately, become a way of life for most of us and we have an obligation to ourselves to find ways to reduce or even eliminate it. People have made radical changes to their lives in order to regain control of a life that has gone rogue because of stress.

When used regularly, these grounding and centering activities will have positive, far-reaching effects on your body, mind and spirit.

Why Love Could Be The Clue Behind Your Desires

I've been a law of attraction believer for many years. I remember hearing about, 'The Secret' for the first time in 2006. I had just received an inheritance, and was subscribed to all sorts of making money and improving your life-type magazines and newsletters. I remember one morning, receiving a newsletter that introduced, 'The Secret'.

Now, at the time, I brought, 'The Secret', loved its content, and began to try to implement its principles. The whole concept of the images in your mind manifesting, and that I, ultimately, had the power to act like the divine in creating whatever reality I chose, was an idea that wouldn't let go!

So I tried visualizing while, 'feeling' my goal to come true. I would visualize quickly about seeing someone that I had fancied at work, and lo and behold, I would get to speak to her in a few hours time. But something was missing. I didn't like my job and wanted to leave, yet I was still stuck in this whole reality that I desperately wanted to change.

Fast forward 7 years later, and things, physically at the very least, hadn't changed. What went wrong? Is the law of attraction a complete hoax, or is there something to it.

Well, it took several out of body experiences for me to realize where I was going wrong. I became curious about the art of astral projection back in 2008. I say art 'loosely', for in truth, everybody has them every night. It's an art to do it consciously, as the temptation is to become emotional about the experience.

But, lets backtrack here, what exactly is astral projection, and how does it differ to an out-of-body experience, and lucid dreaming?

Well, to be honest with you, out-of-body experiences and astral projecting is the same thing. The term astral projection is the more socially accepted idea, where as an out-of-body experience (obe) is more accurate. Both of them are essentially the same thing, which is the act, of the truer part of your conscious, or your sub-conscious, to leave you body and go, 'inward'.

Now, that sounds like a contradiction in terms. How can you leave the body, and go, 'inward'? Surely you go outward, right?

Wrong!

Everything you see about you is the outer epidermis of the multiverse (defined like that as there is more than one universe within itself, like peals of an onion) Therefore, if your body is the furthest point on the universe scale, when you leave your body, by very nature you are going within. Don't forget the Big Bang. It shrunk before exploding!

When you leave the body, you are very aware of your environment. This isn't a dream, this is definitely real. And you thoughts manifest. Almost instantly. You become aware that thoughts are manifesting through you rather than at you. Lucid dreaming is like an obe, but you are simply not fully aware of your situation. It's like a more clearer form of a dream. You're still dreaming, but the world is just a little bit more clearer. Manifestation is also a bit more hit and miss.

You see, it took a few experiences to realise that thoughts do manifest, the only difference being is that in the obe, you are travelling within the inner dimensions of the multiverse, and therefore time is no longer there. Therefore, everything manifests almost instantly! So you do have to watch what you think about!

The only reason thoughts take longer to manifest in the physical world, is because of the element of time. But this is where the, 'now' comes into its own. In truth, there is no such thing as time. Time exists only in our imagination. Take away time, and be in the present moment, as in truth, 'now' is all there is. Manifestation happens a lot quicker then!

So, fast forward to 2012, with all these experiences, and I began to see why my life was initially wrong. I began to practice being in the present moment and tried to turn this into a daily habit.

But something was missing! I was more at peace, and was slowly enjoying life more, but my desires were still not completely manifesting. I knew I was still missing something.

I came across a concept about acting from love. I knew from my spiritual teaching that all there was was love. Love was your soul, and was the language of the multiverse. When I had listened to interviews from successful people, they had always maintained that you needed to act with love or joy to become successful. As your soul is unconditional love, and when you meditate, you feel that (that is why meditation is so nice) and that feeling of love is also infinite intelligence (as infinite intelligence is all around... some scientists have already said that there is an intelligence behind what you are seeing with the naked eye) it made sense that if you act from love, you are in a sense, 'allowing' your desires to manifest.
